Can SchengenGo book appointments for 2, 3, 4, or 5 people?
Yes. SchengenGo books appointments for multiple applicants. When you set up your AutoBooking subscription you tell us how many people need appointments, and AutoBooking covers the whole group.
How quickly can AutoBooking secure my appointment?
It depends on your destination and visa type. It can take from a few hours to one or two weeks. Our team and AutoBooking system work continuously to secure the earliest matching appointment. Popular visa types take longer because of limited availability.
Is SchengenGo safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and handled securely throughout the application and booking process. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
What happens if no appointment slots are available?
SchengenGo monitors visa centre calendars around the clock. Even when no appointments appear available, new ones are released regularly. The AutoBooking system secures the first available appointment that matches your criteria.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. Subscriptions expire after 30 days and do not automatically renew. You will not be charged the next month.
Do you work with appointment waitlists?
Yes. We support visa centres that use waitlist systems. SchengenGo monitors these waitlists and secures an appointment as soon as one becomes available.
Why is the AutoBooking fee higher than the website shows?
The AutoBooking fee can vary depending on the visa centre, destination, appointment requirements and number of applicants. Some centres require staged payments, additional applicant fees or a preferred date range fee. SchengenGo shows the relevant payment steps during setup before processing begins.
Why is my country not supported yet?
We are constantly expanding coverage. If your country is not currently supported, contact our support team to register interest. We prioritise adding new countries based on user demand.
When will new appointment slots be released?
Appointment release schedules vary by country and visa centre. Some release at fixed times, others throughout the day. Our system monitors continuously so we can notify you and process bookings the moment matching appointments appear.
I subscribed to AutoBooking, but no appointment was booked. Why?
Popular visa types usually take 1 to 2 weeks because of limited availability and high demand. Our team and AutoBooking system continue working, but availability depends on the visa centre releasing new appointments. Contact our support team if you have concerns about your subscription.
