These technologies can help maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, store your preferences, support core site functions, and enable analytics and advertising.

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, we will either delete it or anonymise it, or otherwise securely store and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have put in place appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. Even so, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. 9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect, request data from, market to, or sell personal information of children under the age of 18, or under the equivalent age set by the laws of your jurisdiction. If we learn that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to remove that data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children, please get in touch at hello@schengengo.app.

10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on the US state in which you live or your region, such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Canada, you may have rights to access and control your personal information. 11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers, and some mobile operating systems and applications, include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this point, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been agreed. We therefore do not currently respond to DNT browser signals, or to any other mechanism that automatically communicates a choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will let you know in an updated version of this Privacy Notice.
