BookingWhat does SchengenGo do?
SchengenGo is an expert Schengen visa processing service. We monitor visa centre calendars (TLScontact, VFS Global, BLS) in real time and notify you the moment a matching appointment appears. With Notifications you book it yourself. With AutoBooking, SchengenGo handles the booking step as part of the service and covers the visa centre fee at submission.
PaymentsIs SchengenGo safe to pay for?
Payments run on encrypted, audited processors. We never store your visa centre password. SchengenGo is operated by A&P Properties Investments LLC, doing business as Global Traveler, a US registered company with a public Trustpilot profile.
AutoBookingWhen am I charged the AutoBooking service fee?
The visa centre fee is charged upfront so the booking process can start. The SchengenGo AutoBooking service fee is charged only after an appointment is confirmed for you. If we never secure one, you never pay it.
CountriesWhy is my country or visa centre not supported yet?
We support routes where we can reliably monitor and process appointments through the official visa centre system. New routes are added as soon as we can do it within the visa centre rules. Tell us your route and we will track demand.
RefundsCan I get a refund if no appointment is booked?
Notifications are non-recurring and cover one month. AutoBooking only charges the service fee when an appointment is confirmed, so you only pay for results. For refund questions, write to hello@schengengo.app with your order ID.
