What is AutoBooking?
AutoBooking is the appointment-securing step of SchengenGo's visa processing service. The system monitors visa centre calendars in real time and secures the earliest appointment that matches your criteria, while our team reviews your application in parallel.
Monitoring runs day and night, and the moment a matching appointment becomes available it is secured for you. The AutoBooking service fee is only charged once that appointment is confirmed.
Step 1: Pick your destination and visa type
Choose the country you want to apply to and the visa category you need, whether that is tourism, business, family visit or another supported option.

Step 2: Turn on AutoBooking
Pick the AutoBooking option so SchengenGo can monitor visa centre calendars in real time and process the booking step for your route.
Step 3: Add the applicants' information
Fill in the required information for everyone travelling with you, including personal data, passport details and contact information.
Newer requirements for some destinations
A few countries now ask for a passport photo and a selfie for each applicant. The app will let you know if your destination needs them and walk you through the upload.
Pre-registration may be required
Some destinations require an account on the visa centre site beforehand. If yours does, the app will ask for your credentials during the booking flow.
Step 4: Pick a preferred date window
You can optionally tell us which dates work best for your trip. The window has to span at least 3 weeks.
This step is optional
Skip the date window and AutoBooking will simply secure the first available appointment, regardless of when it falls.
Step 5: Pay the visa centre fee and any extras
Pay the visa centre fee so processing can start. This charge comes from the visa centre rather than SchengenGo and cannot be refunded. If you added optional services, those are settled at the same time.
Step 6: AutoBooking secures your appointment
As soon as the payment clears, AutoBooking starts monitoring visa centre calendars for a matching appointment. The process runs around the clock as part of the SchengenGo service.
Expected timeline
Depending on the destination and visa category, this can take anywhere from a few hours to 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you posted as things progress.
Step 7: Receive your booking confirmation
The moment your appointment is secured, we send an instant notification to let you know it is confirmed.
Step 8: Settle the AutoBooking fee
With the appointment confirmed, you will be invited to pay the AutoBooking service fee.
Step 9: Receive your credentials and appointment letter
Once the payment is in, we share the login details for your visa centre account so you can review the appointment information.
Step 10: Enjoy your trip
Your appointment is confirmed. Get your paperwork ready, show up on the day, and enjoy the journey ahead.
